balance payment will be due in euros the moment of arrival at the finca and receiving the keys

whole groups under 25 are not accepted

parties or events are not allowed unless agreed and all details will apear in teh signed contract.

only maximum number of guests agreed in the rental contract are allowed in the property, breaking this rule may end the reservation

Once the reservation is confirmed by deposit payment a contact will be issued which will be signed by both parts with the details as you have filled in the form and any agreed special conditions and my personal contact details will be provided for questions or communication about anything related to the booking

All data provided are safely kept by Son Valent and deleted once the rental is finished.
